September is Suicide Prevention and Awareness Month
The Wellness Center will be hosting several activities throughout September to promote awareness, hope, connection, and mental health education. We encourage students to participate and learn about the importance of supporting themselves and others.

September 8 – Suicide Prevention Bingo
Join us for a fun and interactive game while learning about suicide prevention and mental health awareness.
September 9 – Ending the Silence Presentation

September 10 – World Suicide Prevention Day
Wear purple or teal to show your support and raise awareness for Suicide Prevention and Awareness Month.
September 11 – Mental Health Myth vs. Fact Kahoot
Test your knowledge, learn the facts, and have fun. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 scores.
September 16 – Reasons to Stay Flower Activity
Students will create a flower representing their reasons for hope and connection. Each petal can include their goals, favorite memories, people or pets they care about, future dreams, and things that bring them comfort.
